TENSION
22 sts and 30 rows to
4 in or 10 cm measured over patt on size 4 mm needles or the size of needles to
give correct tension. It is important
to check your tension before beginning the garment. If there are less sts or rows to 4 in or 10 cm than stated,
change to smaller needles. If there are
more sts or rows to 4 in or 10 cm than stated, change to larger needles.

Rep these 2 rows

Cast off evenly in rib.
ARMHOLE BANDS
With a backstitch
join left shoulder seam and Neckband.
Using 3 ¼ mm needles
and with right side facing rejoin yarn and pick up and K99 [ 105 : 111 : 117 :
123 : 129 : 135 ] sts evenly along armhole edge.
Work 7 rows in rib as
given for Neckband. Cast off evenly in
rib.

With a backstitch
join left shoulder and neckband seams.
Join side and armhole band seams.

Pin out to size and shape, cover with a damp cloth and allow to dry.
